How a stop-by-stop delivery works

The parcel cannot move forward until the current stop has been paid. That rule is enforced by the system, not by the people handling it.

    It moves

    Each agent moves the parcel one stop at a time and logs it.

    Receiver pays

    The receiver pays that stop's fee as the parcel arrives.

    Released

    Only after payment does the parcel move to the next stop.
